aboutmalta.com

The photos in this section are meant to bring you right into our streets, into our living rooms, practically into our lives, rather than just showing you the more popular (and obvious) touristic and historic sites in pictures that are always taken from the 'usual angle'. Wherever possible, photos are accompanied by information.

my-malta.com is in favour of promoting tourism ... but only as long as this does not cause more harm than good to our little nation; as long as it does not contribute to the littering of streets and beaches (which becomes more evident as certain kinds of tourism and immigration increase), as long as it does not compel our Islands' unique character to be smothered and replaced by that of a party-animal's paradise, and as long as it does not speed the demise of our long-held traditions which, sadly, our younger generations care little about.

We need you to keep in touch with the Maltese Islands through my-malta.com because the fact that you even got here means a lot to us.

Please remember to come back to all the (linked) pages as photos are uploaded regularly.
